The Challenge
Evy Poumpouras is the best-selling author of the book Becoming Bulletproofand has received numerous requests from her followers to bring her unique knowledge and expertise to them in a class setting. Evy came to Interactux with the goal of creating an online platform to allows paid subscribers to access both live and recorded class sessions form anywhere in the world.
The Solution
Interactux worked with Evy to define and build the end-to-end user experience for her life-skills class website, called Beyond Bulletproof.
A dynamic and engaging home page introduces potential subscribers to the benefits of joining the monthly membership program. Interested subscribers can join directly from the website (powered by Memberful) and sign in to access their upcoming and recorded classes via a custom Member Dashboard.
Automated email marketing journeys welcome new subscribers to the platform and remind them about upcoming classes.
Additionally, the website allows users to browse frequently asked questions, submit support requests and learn more about Evy's work.
The Results
Since launch, response to the platform has been very positive, gaining new subscribers daily. We're regularly adding new features and functionality in response to customer feedback.
